Yes, we welcome children of all ages. There will be fun games and activities specially for children. They will also be surrounded by arts and crafts and toys made with safe and sustainable materials.

Yes, we encourage people of all ages to attend, especially senior citizens. The festival will be more than accommodating for their needs. There are electric vehicles for mobility in the area, plenty of places to sit, refresh and freshen up, various activities such as charkha spinning workshops, panel discussions and movie screenings that they will enjoy.

There will be ample parking at and around the festival. We encourage attendees to either car pool or use public transport to minimize pollution.

You can stay within the Centre or there are plenty of resorts around the Centre where you can have a comfortable stay. We are working on coordinating special discounts with them, exclusive for festival attendees. Check this section or pass the booking section for updates.

Yusuf Meherally Centre is located at Panvel, Maharashtra along the Mumbai-Goa highway. It is easily accessible by road. We encourage attendees to car pool or use public transport to reach the venue. Panvel station is the nearest to the Centre and from there, we are arranging for shuttle services. You can also take a rickshaw/cab or bus to the venue. MSRTC also runs buses that reach the venue.

The weather will mostly be pleasant and cool, with the possibility of light showers. You can carry an umbrella or sweater.

There will be several stalls serving local snacks and meals. Water dispensers will be installed in various locations. All attendees must note there is a strict no littering policy at the festival. All trash must be appropriately dispensed in designated bins.

No, the festival is an alcohol, smoke and narcotics free zone. Please don’t carry any alcohol based drinks, nicotine based products or narcotics. Please refer to the detailed terms and conditions on the pass or the festival website.

Entry in the festival is only allowed for people with passes. The passes are priced at a very nominal fee as we want to encourage maximum participation of people.

The gates will open at 10:00 am on 2nd October 2026.

The festival ends at 9:00 pm on 4th October 2026, but there will be post festival activities too, such as a bonfire.

We will provide neat and clean washrooms for the attendees. Sanitary products will be kept in the women’s washrooms. Appropriate disposal facilities will also be provided with special care to dispose of waste in an eco-friendly manner. We request all attendees to maintain hygiene and clean up after using these facilities.
